COORDINATOR: MECHANISATION
Casidra seeks to recruit a Coordinator: Mechanisation.
The successful candidate will report to the Programme Manager: Environmental Sustainability.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Verification and evaluation of tractors and implements at the different storage sites
- Visiting of sites to verify security, storage, diesel availability, beneficiaries, licensed tractor drivers and service provider ID’s
- Liaise with spesialised companies for technical specifications and product information
- Plan, schedule and coordinate tractor usage across multiple sites and projects
- Maintain accurate records and reports (maintenance logs, usage reports, breakdowns, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- A Project Management or relevant technical qualification would be advantageous
- At least one year experience in coordinating, scheduling and overseeing tractor operations
- Previous experience in maintenance planning, tractor fault identification and mechanised equipment
- Computer literacy (MS Office Package)
- A valid driver’s license

REMUNERATION:
R 8 000 (TCOE) per month - The total cost of the remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
CONTRACT DURATION:
Five (5) month fixed - term contract
