SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FARM IMPLEMENTS

You are invited to tender for the supply and delivery of the farm implements as described below. The implements are part of the Agriculture and Land Reform program of the Overberg, and to be delivered to Nomakanjani Farms, situated in Genadendal, 2 km outside Genadendal town.

The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply, delivery. Casidra reserves the right to split the bid based on individual implement prices.

 

The successful bidder must have the capacity to supply and deliver implements before 30 March 2018. Detailed brochures (including pictures of the tractor and implements) and quotations for each of the implements must accompany this document.

 

3-Point Mounted Trash Handicult

- Must be three point linkage mounted with category 1 linkage;

Minimum of 2900mm working width and 175mm depth;

Heavy duty construction;

Should have minimum amount of 13 tines;

Should have one set 600x14 mechanical wheels for depth control;

Guarantee of one year on construction;

Must have registered service centre within 100km of project;

Parts must be readily available locally;

Delivered at project;

 

1.5m Power harrow with roller:

Mounted on the three point linkage of the tractor;

Must be P.T.O. driven;

Minimum of 1500mm working width and working depth adjustable of up to 200mm

Must have a 390mm crumbler roller in diameter, attached;

One year guarantee on construction;

Must have registered service centre within 100km of project;

Parts must be readily available locally;

Delivered at project;

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid as further indicated in CBD 5.1 is subject to:

- B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores;

 

BID DEADLINE: The closing date for the bid is 15 March 2018 strictly at 12H00pm.

 

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder clearly markedNOMAKANJANI FARM IMPLEMENTS – BID NO. 105/2017and placed in the bid box available at Reception of Casidra’s Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl.  No faxed, counter-to-counter courier or posted bids will be accepted.

All bids above R30 000 will be subjected to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and regulations, whereby B-BBEE certified service providers will receive a preferential score.
