Youth Month Spotlight: Meet Luhle Mgayi

As we continue our Youth Month celebrations, Casidra is pleased to feature Luhle Mgayi, who forms part of the organisation’s administrative and operational support team as an Agricultural graduate, effective 01 June 2026.

Luhle obtained Agricultural Management qualification from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.  She is a young professional with a passion for development and community upliftment. Her role includes stakeholder coordination and support, document management, and administrative assistance across the organisation.

Her appointment reflects Casidra’s commitment to nurturing young talent and creating meaningful opportunities for growth within the public sector.
