Today, Casidra proudly welcomed Seeds for Life, who showcased their innovative range of seedling products to our CEO, Dr Keith du Plessis, and Project Manager, Clint Frazenburg.

From humble beginnings as a small urban organic farm to becoming an innovative agricultural enterprise, Seeds for Life’s journey is a testament to the power of resilience, innovation, and the impact of strategic support.

A key highlight of the presentation was the organisation’s farmer aggregation model, which sources fresh produce from urban, backyard, and smallholder farmers across the Western Cape. This innovative approach enables farmers to access reliable markets while ensuring product quality, food safety, and traceability throughout the value chain.
